The prices we charge for our designer engagement ring settings are some of the lowest prices you will find anywhere regardless of where you are shopping.  Any engagement ring that is returned to BloomingBeautyRing.com must be 100% in original condition and it must include the center diamond, if you purchased a center diamond from us, or it will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

Each client has a 30 day inspection period. This inspection period begins on the day you receive your merchandise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you may return your merchandise (In it’s original condition & including the center diamond (if applicable) for a full refund minus a $35 shipping and handling fee. We must be notified within 15 days of your intent to return/exchange, and the merchandise must be received by us no later than 30 days from the day you receive it. We understand that when purchasing an engagement ring, it is often a surprise. This may mean that the individual receiving the ring may not be completely satisfied. If you decide to exchange your merchandise for merchandise of equal or greater value, we will even cover the additional cost of shipping your new item(s) to you, one time. In all cases, shipping charges back to us are your responsibility We encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have before you make your purchase.

Customized Ring Return

Customized Rings are non-refundable. A customized ring refers to ring designs you made with a cad program or drawn and we made it for you, rings you have asked us to make using a picture you found, any ring you've asked us to make in platinum, and rings on our site that you have asked us to alter to your preference. Alterations do not refer to resizing.


Engagement Rings settings can be placed on lay-away for up to 180 days. In order to begin a lay-away plan on an engagement ring setting, a 25% deposit is required. Loose diamonds can not be placed on lay-away. You may make payments at any time during the 180 day time period, and in any amount you wish. We do not require a minimum monthly payment.

Because we may incur expenses when we set aside your lay-away item for up to 180 days, and offer very flexible terms, including no finance charges, no application fees, and no credit check, we are not able to refund payments made under the lay-away program under any circumstances if you cancel your order. However once paid in full, and you receive your order, you are entitled to our 30 day money back guarantee. So please be sure about your selection before deciding to take part in our lay-away plan. We do understand however that you may change your mind on the style or selection of your engagement ring. Therefor we do allow you to choose a different item of equal or greater value than your original selection, and all payments can be applied to that new item. You are required to pay your item in full within 180 days or you will forfeit all payments made, including the 25% deposit. By placing an item on lay-away, you are stating that you understand these terms and agree to be bound by these terms.

Loose Diamonds

BloomingBeautyRing.com does not list loose diamonds for sale. We, however, can and will find you a loose diamond if you need us to, usually at a cost below what other online retailers are asking for. However, please be aware that we do not own the loose diamond you will be purchasing. If you return a loose diamond back to we will need to ship that loose diamond back to the original seller of the diamond. From there they will have to verify that the diamond they sent to you is the diamond you returned. When returning a loose diamond, refunds will be returned in the manner in which you paid. Refunds on a loose diamond can take up to 20 days to process as we will need to have the loose diamond verified to make sure sure that the diamond you returned is the diamond we sent you. As a side note, please do not attempt to switch the diamonds and try to pass the diamond off as what we sent you. We will know. Please return the EXACT diamond. All attempts at fraud will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Our Return Process

Once we receive your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed in just a few business days. Upon us receiving your returned item, it will be promptly reviewed by our quality assurance department. Please Be Aware that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered in any manner, tampered with, resized (by anyone other than BloomingBeautyRing.com) or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange. Returns without a BloomingBeautyRing.com return authorization code, improperly packaged returns, or returns that are not insured, will be refused receipt.

Please be aware that BloomingBeautyRing.com reserves the right to pursue criminal charges against any party that attempts to switch center diamonds, or commit fraud in any manner against our company.

Preparing Your Return

  • Your Return Authorization Code:
    Please call 1-213-222-8868 or email us at support@bloomingbeautyring.com and request a Return Authorization Code. Please write this code on a copy of your sales receipt and include this in your package.
  • Please include all original packaging and material you received with your order. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be held liable for a replacement cost of $175.
  • For security reasons, do not write bloomingbeautyring.com on the outside of the box or any other descriptive characteristics that may describe what is in the box you are returning. when you send it back only put “Blooming Beauty” as the name.

When you email for your return authorization code, or phone in for it, you will be given the address to send your item to. always insure your package as you are solely liable for the full retail value until it is signed for by a representative from our company.

On your invoice, if the price of the item you are returning is listed as:

  • Less than $500.00: You may ship your returned item via any carrier. We require that you ship your item FULLY INSURED, and that you request a return receipt for confirmation that your package was received by BloomingBeautyRing.com
  • More Than $500.00: If your item is more than $500 you must ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail or UPS
  • You may not use FedEx for returns greater than $500. Doing so will expose you to risk of uninsured loss.
  • We require that you Insure your package for the Full Value of it’s contents (as stated on your invoice) and request a return receipt for confirmation that your package was received by BloomingBeautyRing.com

Please note that you must follow these instructions exactly. failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. Bloomingbeauyring.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments, this is why you need to insure your item. You are solely responsible and liable for the full retail value of your item(s) until they are signed for by a representative of our company


Refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was made. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. This does not mean we will issue you a refund in a month, we will typically (with few exceptions) issue you your refund within 5-7 business days. However some credit card companies will not show the refund until the next billing cycle. Please be aware that if you purchase a setting with a loose diamond that in some cases a refund can take up to 30 days to receive due to having to verify wear and tear and authentication of loose diamond. This is rare, but can happen. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Any diamond engagement ring that is not returned with the center diamond (if the diamond was bought from us), will not be accepted for return. Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first. We will not issue a check or issue refunds in any way other than the manner in which you made the payment. In other words, if you pay by PayPal, you will be refunded through PayPal. If you pay via BankWire Transfer, you will be refunded via Bankwire Transfer.


If you order an item and then decide to cancel your order, for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a 5% fee of the total purchase price to cover the costs we had to incur. To make this very clear. If you order and then decide to cancel, a fee with be imposed on you in the amount of 5% of the total purchase price.

Comparison Purchasing:

In our ongoing efforts to offer the lowest prices possible, we do not allow comparison purchasing. We define comparison purchasing as the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping just the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue expenses and may increase the overall cost of our items to our other valued customers.
